Terms & Conditions: Multi Family Tenant Move-Out Referral Program
Registration and Eligibility: The Reliant Energy Referral Zone ("membership") is open to all Texas property management companies who provide and maintain a working e-mail address. Communications about the program, including changes, primarily will be electronic by e-mail or on reliantmoveout.online-rewards.com. By joining the program, you represent that you are an executive of a property management company in Texas. By using this program, you agree to the Rules of the program. Your membership is nontransferable and is subject to present and future program rules. Your membership is valid only for reliantmoveout.online-rewards.com. Membership begins when you register a new referral account at reliantmoveout.online-rewards.com. The new referral user selects their user login, used to gain access to the Referral Zone web site. Upon initial login, participants may change their personal password. Reliant Energy may, at any time, terminate or modify the Referral Zone program by posting the changes on reliantmoveout.online-rewards.com. All users of this web site agree that their access to and use of this web site are subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein and all applicable laws. Any access is undertaken at the user's own risk. These terms and conditions may change without prior notice.
NON-QUALIFYING REFERRALS: There are certain zip codes that Reliant Energy cannot service in Texas. When submitting a referral, you will be asked to enter your referral's zip code to verify service availability. If you receive an error message, this means that you will not be able to submit the referral until a valid zip code is entered. Reliant Energy will not pay referrer for swap enrollments (referrals made to current Reliant Energy customers will immediately expire in the Referral Zone).
QUALIFYING REFERRAL ENROLLMENTS: Referral Zone members will only receive payment for referrals when (1) the referee is a new customer (MVI) with Reliant, or (2) the referee transfers their service (TOS) with Reliant to a new address. The address of the moving tenant must be a single family home to receive credit for the referral. Credit of $25 per referral will be awarded for each referral that begins service with Reliant Energy. Payouts are to be made monthly. Referrals will be closed 45 days after the tenants' scheduled move-out date. Reliant Energy will not pay the cancellation fees associated with the customer's existing/pre-existing electricity provider when switching away from their current provider to Reliant Energy.
REFERRAL ZONE ACCOUNT - CANCELLATION AND TERMINATION: Reliant Energy Referral Zone reserves the right, without prior notice, to discontinue or change the program and/or terms and conditions at any time. If the program is suspended or terminated, any unredeemed Referral Points must be redeemed within one month of the date of termination. All questions or disputes regarding eligibility for this program or terms and conditions of the program will be resolved by Reliant Energy Referral Zone at its sole discretion. You may cancel your account at any time by notifying Member Services by e-mail. Cancellation may take from 3 to 5 business days to finalize. Upon cancellation your account will be deactivated.
